If you had a time machine to take you back to any country and any time period, where would you choose to be for your childhood, adolosent , adult life and silver years?

Even if I had a time machine, I would prefer to be in the Indian subcontinent. Childhood would be in Kochi, adolescence in Akbar’s Agra, adult life during the freedom struggle (early 1900s) and silver years in Bangalore where I live now

When and where do you write ?

I prefer the inspiring environs of my personal library filled with my books and artifacts that I have collected from across the world during my travels. I can’t write in busy places like airports nor in impersonal spaces like office. I don’t have a favourite time to write.
