My first drafts are usually handwritten. So, I keep all the devices away from me, light the scented candle, pick up a pen and paper. I also like to have some beverage with me that I like to sip while thinking.
Just pick up the pen and start. Words will automatically find their way to you. So don't overthink and just start.
