I am emotional, fiercely patriotic and I wish to serve my country in whatever way possible.
My greatest fear is the fear of failure and also the thought of losing my loved ones.
My greatest achievement is publication of my novel “You Raise Me Up”.
One of the greatest high points in my life has been the publication of my novel. I proved to myself that I can achieve something in life which very few people have the courage to do. Lots of people have ideas and think of writing a novel but very few people actually buckle down and do it. I am proud to be one of the people who put his fears and apprehensions aside and published a book.
The lowest point in my life was in the period of July to October 2016. I had quit my job to complete my studies. But things weren’t going well. I had thoughts of starting to work again but the offers were not coming. Things on the studies front were also dismal. I was not able to concentrate and I had failed my CA exams another time. To make things worse, I became physically unfit which affected my mental state and in turn also affected me physically. It was like a vicious circle of negativity. Things started looking a bit better when I finally got a job offer in November 2016. Now though things are not perfect, they seem to be headed towards a better place.

Born on 5th April 1989, Arjun Hemmady completed his schooling from St. Mary’s ICSE (Mazgaon) and College from RA Podar College of Commerce and Economics. He is pursuing his Chartered Accountancy from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). His past times include writing, reading books, and watching movies. He works in a manufacturing company.
